Fight for higher wages for the Personal Assistants of Consumer Direction!

Concepts will be participating in Advocacy Day on Monday, February 13th in Albany, NY. We need to get a quick sense of who will be participating in our Albany meetings so we can arrange any necessary transportation. We welcome all Concepts Consumers, PAs, and Surrogates. If you want to participate:
 

1. Send us a note and let us know.

2. Schedule appointments with your NYS Senator and/or Assembly Member for February 13th. To do this, first find who your Senator is, and also your Assembymember. Then call the phone number listed for their Albany office and say, “I’m a constituent and I’m coming to Albany on February 13^th to advocate for Consumer Directed Services. I’d like to meet with a staff member who is knowledgeable on health care issues.” Try to make your appointments between noon – 3pm. Can't make it to Albany?

We also encourage those who can't go to Albany to make appointments with your NYS Senator and/or Assemblymember's local office.
