Many Concepts members struggle with transportation as provided by the Access-A-Ride program. For those interested, here is a possible way to get involved in an effort to improve service. You can join a group aptly named AARRG (Access-A-Ride Reform Group), and join them in attending the May 24 MTA Board meeting. Here are the details about the best kayaks.
